Our mission
Baseera exists to help Egypt's property market run on understanding rather than on belief.
A market asked to trust what it cannot check
Buying a home is the largest decision most Egyptian families will make, and for many it is how they protect their savings. Yet the buyer walks in holding little they can verify: asking prices that differ from one listing to the next, payment plans whose true cost is hard to set against cash, delivery dates they have no way to inspect. So they trust, or they hesitate. Either way, they decide with less than the decision deserves.
Brokers pay for the gap
Brokerage firms carry the cost of that doubt. They buy leads in bulk, most from people who were never ready to buy, and their brokers spend their days on the phone sorting the curious from the committed instead of advising the people who need them. No one in the chain is rewarded for the quality of a buyer.
When price runs ahead of understanding
There is an open debate about whether Egypt's property market is in a bubble. We do not settle that debate, and we do not forecast prices. But we know what bubbles are made of: purchases driven by momentum rather than knowledge, long instalment plans taken on in the hope of a quick resale, prices that travel further than anyone can explain. When the tide turns, the cost lands on the family that stretched to buy and on the broker whose name was on the sale. A market that understands what it is buying is harder to inflate, and steadier when conditions change.

What Baseera does
Baseera's role is to bring innovative, intelligent tools to one of Egypt's most consequential markets, so that the people inside it can manage it with clearer sight. We build those tools to live inside a brokerage firm's own pages. The buyer receives a free, neutral guide to the unit they are weighing: where its asking price sits among comparable listings, what its payment plan really costs, and what they should still ask. When they choose to be contacted, the firm receives them along with what they asked for and what they have already seen. The guide's neutrality earns the buyer's trust; the firm's time goes to the people who asked for it.
Why reach out
Firms that work this way are doing more than buying better leads. They give their brokers work worthy of their skill, give their clients decisions they can stand behind, and help one of Egypt's most important markets grow on firmer ground. If that is the firm you mean to be, we would be glad to show you how it works.
No commission, no ranking of firms, and the buyer's number stays theirs.
We never pass the buyer's number to anyone.
No firm hears from a buyer until they send their card themselves, to three firms at most, on the days and at the hours they choose. It expires by itself, and they can withdraw it at any moment.
Buyers pay nothing.
Buyers pay nothing, ever. Firms are meant to pay only for buyers who asked to hear from them.
We never tell a buyer what to buy, or from whom.
We rank no firm, grade no developer, and take no commission on any sale. The homes a buyer is shown are ordered by what they said and by the facts, never by who listed them, so nothing is there because someone paid for it.
We never make a figure look more certain than it is.
Every figure the engine gives carries its range and the named reasons its range is as wide as it is. It gives a figure only where enough homes truly like the one asked about are listed; where there are not enough, it says so rather than guess.
We never read a buyer's device to guess who they are.
Their phone, their connection, how fast they answer: none of it is used, because each could stand in for their age or their income.
