Buy with insight
Faiza and Atef live in a small flat. The plant by the window outgrew its corner long ago, and lately they feel they have too. Every evening, at the kitchen table, they look for a home with space for the years ahead.
Tonight they find the same flat in two adverts, at two different prices. Which one is real?
So they keep a sheet. One price was only the down payment, one flat sold in March, and no one can say what the plan really costs against cash, or whether delivery will come on time.
Then the calls. Faiza stares at yet another unknown number, while Atef, phone on his shoulder, hears out a broker about a flat they crossed off weeks ago.
Across town, Marwan is still at his desk, crossing names off a list. Brokers pay for this gap too.
His firm pays for adverts and listings on the big portals, and the enquiries come in by the hundred. Most aren’t ready to buy yet, and he calls each one to find out.
Two lists, and each side spends its evening sorting the other out. No one along the way is rewarded for finding the right buyer.
Start with a conversation
Baseera starts from their side: a conversation about what they need, in their own words; any question can be skipped.
See up to thirty homes that fit
Their sheet comes back in order: up to thirty homes that fit, ranked by what they said and by the facts, never by who listed them.
Read a guide for each
Each home opens to its guide, with the homes like it beside it by price.
Every line says how it is known
For once, they read without reaching for the phone: the promise beside what the ground shows, and every figure with how wide its range is, and why.
Green: more of the ground reads green than ten years ago; in summer it reads greener than in winter.
Estimated: from distance, by the engine, or read from above, not checked on the ground.
A firm hears from you only when you send your card
When they are ready, they choose who may call, and when. Marwan receives one request, with all they asked and read. Tuesday at seven, Faiza picks up the one call she was expecting.
