Baseera's parts, on your own listing page

The tools are built to live inside a brokerage firm's own pages, not on a portal of Baseera's.

Across town, Marwan is still at his desk, crossing names off a list. Brokers pay for this gap too.

His firm pays for adverts and listings on the big portals, and the enquiries come in by the hundred. Most aren’t ready to buy yet, and he calls each one to find out.

Two lists, and each side spends its evening sorting the other out. No one along the way is rewarded for finding the right buyer.

1 The Unit Guide, beside the listing

For the buyer

Seven sections that answer before the agent is asked - the engine's figure with its range and the named reasons for it, what the plan really costs, the places around the home, the ground read from above, and what to ask - every line marked for what it is.

For the firm

A buyer who stays on its page to read, instead of leaving to check elsewhere.

2 The buyer's questions, from the same page

For the buyer

A conversation first, opened by one question - what is bringing them to look for a home now - and following what they say; any question can be skipped. Nothing they answer reaches a firm unless they send their card.

For the firm

The facts its agents spend the first minutes of every call extracting - purpose, budget band, when they need the unit - arrive already stated.

3 The Buyer Card, in the firm's inbox

For the buyer

The buyer chooses whether to be contacted, for how many days and between which hours; it expires by itself and they can withdraw it.

For the firm

Cards are ordered by four plain rungs, a written rule and not a trained model; it denies no one, what the buyer declared is kept apart from what is inferred, and the firm's representative decides.
